After growing up in Central Washington and attending college in Spokane, WA and Southern California, my wife and I settled here in Boise. Work took us back to Southern California for 15 years and Central Washington for 6 years before we returned to Boise in 2016. What a joy it is to live and work among the amazing people of the beautiful Treasure Valley!
I coached college basketball for 15 years and loved being a part of building my teams and encouraging my players. I also spent 6 years in sales and marketing, which gave me a deep understanding of the importance of building strong relationships, providing great service and interacting with integrity. Finding solutions that best meet my customer’s needs brings me great joy! I have a passion for people and real estate, and greatly look forward to walking with you on your journey toward purchasing the perfect next home or finding the right buyer for your current home!

Ken helped me purchase my first home and really made the process as easy and painless as it could be. We looked at several houses and his experience was crucial in helping me find my dream home while navigating the complex process and negotiations. He even worked until 2am a couple of nights to get offers in as quickly as possible which was pretty amazing. I will be working with him in the future if the need arises. ~ Matt Shaul - November 2017
Ken is an exceptional agent! He is knowledgeable, fair, and a great to work with. We had particular needs in the home we wanted, making our search quite limited. In today's market, those homes are not common and go quickly when listed. Ken never gave up on our search and when the perfect home was found, he got our offer submitted quickly and accepted! We are truly pleased with our experience and ultimately, our home purchase! We have, and will continue to, refer him to friends and family. ~ Bill and Diana Esbensen - October 2017
It was a pleasure working with Ken and TripleCord Real Estate. I never had to worry if any steps were being forgotten, and he was easily accessible to talk with any time I needed him. One of the things I was most impressed with was when our house had a showing, he got feedback from the showing agent that was then written down and shared with us on a consistent basis. Ken is a top notch real estate agent and I would recommend him to any one. ~ Ryan and Dara Kuntz - October 2017
We could not have asked for a better agent to help us find a home in Meridian. We moved here from out of state and Ken made the process so easy and was on top of every aspect of our purchase. He is extremely knowledgeable and so great to work with. We would recommend him to anyone who is looking to purchase or sell a home here in the Treasure Valley. ~ Jeff & Jennifer Folz - August 2017
"We couldn't be more impressed by the dedicated, professional, custom-tailored services we received from TripleCord Real Estate when we decided it was time to sell our home and buy a new home." ~The Stichkas
