• We just moved from So Calif to Star, Idaho. Working with a real estate agent long distance does come with some challenges, but we knew we were in good hands with Benj Foreman. This is something we can unequivocally state because we did our homework. After meeting with one agent several months ago and talking with others who bought homes in Idaho, it became clear that our agent needed to understand our needs and demands. • We recently purchased a home in the Treasure Valley with Benj as our agent, and we cannot recommend him highly enough.  He knows very intricate details of all the neighborhoods and communities we visited and was so patient with us as we had many questions about the process. He always spent as much time with us as needed, never making it feel like he had another appointment to rush off to.  Benj often seemed like the most knowledgeable person in this whole process. • When researching the housing market in the Treasure Valley, I came across Benj Foreman’s channel on YouTube! I found his content to be useful and informative regarding the Boise metro area. • Benj is such a great real estate agent. He was able to deal with a number of challenges. It had been 20 years since the last time we looked for a home. We were buying from out of town with only 2 or 3 trips planned and we didn’t really know the area at all. Our search parameters were so broad that price range was about all he had to go on. Between in town visits, emails, facetime and zoom meetings, he was able to narrow the searches considerably and quickly. On day two of walking through homes, he had been able to make every home a real contender. Day three was when we chose the home we are in now. • This message is overdue, but we wanted to sing the praises of Benj Forman.  He is not only a great person, but he is a great agent. We contacted Benj in January of this year after we reached the decision to move from Western Washington the Boise area.  We first noticed Benj through his excellent U-Tube videos covering the area and real estate market in the Treasure Valley.  Upon looking at the Triple Cord website, reviewing his work and education history and especially his moral values, without hesitation we contacted him and it was by far the best decision we made in our relocation process. From the start, Benj was patient with us, and personally interested in helping us reach our goals.  He answered all of our questions, from the outdoor opportunities to specific details concerning the real estate market.  Since we had already sold our home in Washington , we were under considerable stress and pressure to find a home in Boise.  As a result, we were constantly contacting Benj with questions and listings we found online.  He had every right to feel that we were overbearing, however he treated us with grace and respect the entire time. We came to Idaho in February and Benj dedicated an entire day with us showing us many listings.  We did find a house that day, so he then spent the next day working with us to write a Purchase Agreement that would put us in a great position to win the bid.  We had a fast close, but still had many obligations in Washington so could not move in for about 6 or 7 weeks.  Benj came to our new home a few times to check on it, raise the thermostat and make sure everything was ok.  He also checked in on us a few times while we were packing up in Washington. We are in our new home now and Benj continues to impress us with his kindness.  He stopped by with a house warming gift and has connected us with the right people for the various jobs we need done.
