Kara did a fantastic job for us. We moved to Idaho from Oregon and only made two house hunting trips to Idaho. Kara dedicated her time to just us during those visits. Kara’s diligence is what found our home. She face-timed with us, sent videos of homes and never gave up on our search. We loved Kara! Kara is kind, enthusiastic, and professional in her work. She is simply enjoyable to be around and effective at what she does. One of the things that stands out most to us is her reachability. Kara makes a point to be as available as possible to her clients. Kara helped us on both the buying and the selling side, and we can’t remember a time when we struggled to reach her, whether it was a quick call/text or questions via email about homes, offer details, or closings. Another obvious strength is her constant work behind the scenes contacting other agents and potential buyers/sellers that we wouldn’t have known the first thing about. We remember being helped time and time again by connections she had made which led to buying opportunities or offers on our house to fall in our lap. Kara is good at making sure her clients are truly comfortable with either their offer or the offer they’re thinking about accepting. While this can sometimes affect how initially competitive she is (she is often fairly conservative), this doesn’t mean she is too shy when it comes to making the necessary move to get what you’re hoping for as a buyer or seller. Kara was amazing! She helped us through our first home purchase every step of the way! She was strong and calming when things felt a bit sticky and she was steady during the entire process. We are extremely grateful that Kara was our agent and assisted us in purchasing our retirement home in Idaho. We had not purchased a home for more than 20 years and we were doing it from WA state so that added a whole other level of complexity. Our family relocated from Washington State to the Boise area. We weren't too familiar with the Boise area and we felt like every question we had, Kara had the answers to or was quick to get the info and relay it back to us. Kara helped us sell our house in Meridian as we relocated to the Seattle Area. It was listed on a Saturday, she held an Open House on that Sunday, and 8 days later we had a full price offer that we accepted. From Listing to Closing, it was about 45 days.
