By the second day, a Friday, we decided to buy. We found Ken that day through the recommendations of a mutual acquaintance. Ken got on task immediately. By that afternoon he had our needs dialed in and had already taken us through a number of potential homes. By Sunday we had our first offer in on a house that we really liked. We had to disengage and fly home, but Ken stayed on task late at night and all through the weekend as we went through the process with the seller. By Monday, we learned that with the seller's market here, the offer was not accepted. The next week Ken had found us a much better home for the same price that was just coming on the market. We were the first to offer and were accepted shortly thereafter. Ken shepherded the contract through to completion. We couldn't get back to Boise for three more weeks. Ken made sure our new home was taken care of in the meantime. He stopped by more than once to put our mail in the house. He made sure packages were delivered properly. He arranged the cleaners. And he even mowed our lawn...twice! I didn't rate negotiation skills in this review because we didn't ask Ken to do any negotiating. We had set the pricing and terms ourselves.
