As long-time Boise/Meridian residents, we recognize what a blessing it is to call Idaho our home and to have raised our family in such an exceptional city. Since 2013, Mark has developed real estate expertise and connections while working with buyers and sellers in all stages of life. He values the opportunity to create an enjoyable and smooth experience when changes are major, investments are significant, and stress might otherwise run rampant. Appreciating the gravity of each step of the process, Mark’s easy, professional demeanor and steady approach provide peace and confidence for clients. Anne fulfilled her lifelong dream of getting licensed in 2021, in the midst of a crazy market and economy. Being thrown into the deep end was the best learning experience, solidifying her passion for the work both in smooth and complicated scenarios. Anne’s emphasis on and training in communication ensures steps are clear and questions are answered with urgency. She prides herself on accurate market assessments and valuations, and has expertise in effective negotiation.

OUR LIFE

  • Mark has lived in NW Boise and Meridian, ID since 1985.  Anne is originally from Arizona but has called Meridian, ID, home since 2005.  
  • Married in 2004
  • Parents of four amazing kids- Benjamin Thomas (born in 2008), Cody Michael (born in 2009), Natalie Mae (born in 2012), and Wesley Allen (born in 2016)
  • Past foster parents and present advocates for fostering and adoption
  • Avid sports parents (football, basketball, and golf)
  • Long-time attendees of Faith Community Bible Church in Boise
  • Mark enjoys golfing, concerts, poker, basketball, jogging, and taking advantage of the beautiful Idaho outdoors.  He is also a coach and mentor for high school kickers and punters.  
  • Anne loves to read nonfiction, watch documentaries, write, decorate, camp, go on walks/runs, listen to music and podcasts, and be outdoors in our gorgeous state.
